President and Founder, has over 35 years of service in the healthcare field. His experience includes operations, sales, and marketing, as well as development of the MPM proprietary billing software. He holds an undergraduate degree in business from Ferris State and is a graduate of the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Compliance Officer for MPM and Regional Operations Manager, Northeast Region, has extensive medical reimbursement and operational background with over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining MPM in 1993 Janice provided on-site consulting, auditing and billing services for practices in the fields of Radiology, Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Orthopedics' and various other practice specialties. Janice is a Board Director and Secretary for the Maryland Medical Group Managers Association, Chair of the Carrier Advisory Committee with CMS and a member of the Medicare (POE) Provider Outreach Education Advisory Group.

MHA, CPC, Chief Operating Officer, has over 20 years experience in healthcare management. He spent the first part of his career with HCA where his responsibilities included hospital operations, business development, physician relations and quality improvement initiatives. In addition to oversight of MPM’s billing and management service operations, Mark also serves as the company’s Privacy Officer. He is actively involved with the Radiology Business Management Association and the American Academy of Professional Coders at both the local and national level. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and his Masters in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

MHA ,CMPE, Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager has worked in physician practice management for over 20 years including twelve years as the administrator of a physician practice with multiple offices. She became certified with the American College of Medical Practice Executives in 2004 and is well versed in the spectrum of challenges that today’s practices face. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of William and Mary and a Master’s in Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia.

Director of Management Information Systems, joined MPM after a 10-year career of System Design and Development in manufacturing. His department is responsible for the development and integration of our proprietary software and the rapid response to our billing office needs, as well as physician requests. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY.

CPA, Controller, has over 20 years of experience in the field of accounting. She provides financial and administrative management for MPM and various clients. Before joining MPM she worked for the public accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche, and in the private sector as director of finance and administration for a publicly held media corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA.

Project and Implementation Director, has been in the healthcare industry for nearly 20 years. She is responsible for the seamless and efficient implementation of MPM billing software and hardware in a new client environment. In addition to her training duties, Susan serves as a liaison between the employees in the field and the MIS staff. She has a degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and an MBA from the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA.

Vice President of Business Development holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston. He has over twenty-five years of sales, marketing and relationship management experience. Tom spent the majority of his business career working for a publicly held financial service company in various business development and leadership positions. His primary focus is the cultivation of new opportunities, positioning MPM as the partner of choice for medical practice groups.

Southeast Regional Manager has a 20 years experience in Healthcare Receivables Management. He oversees operations of MPM’s Southeast regional offices supporting Radiology and Radiation Oncology billing services. Prior to joining Medical Practice Management, Todd served as Director of Operations for InterPro Medical Solutions, providing Billing and Practice Management Services supporting a range of specialty practices including; Pathology, Radiation Oncology and Emergency Department Physicians. His previous experience includes Billing and Collections Director for a multi-specialty Practice Management company specializing in Anesthesia and Orthopedic Surgery and as a Call Center Director specializing in early-out self-pay healthcare receivables.

Glenn PelaisGlenn Pelais - email
MCSE, Network Manager, has been in the Information Technology field for over 20 years. He has worked for several companies including systems integrators where he consulted on industry leading technologies. He is responsible for the daily management of computers, servers, networks, policies and security systems at MPM. Glenn graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Science.
