Some diagnoses that are covered are:

• Arteriosclerosis of artery
• Aortic Aneurysm
• Gangrene
• Injury to Blood Vessels of Extremity
• PVOD
• Ulcer of skin

Please keep in mind that we are not allowed to code anything that has the words Probable, Possible, Most Likely, Consistent with or anything that is not a definitive diagnosis.
